Purpose and limits
UAPRI documents and evaluates evidence. It does not promise an identification, an extraordinary explanation, or an expert review for every report. It is not an emergency service.
Evidence submission
Public submission is not yet available. Future submission terms must address ownership, permission to process files, preservation, confidentiality, and authorized sharing before intake opens.
Intellectual property
A store record or app name is not a claim of exclusive trademark ownership. Reporters retain rights to their submitted originals, subject to separately agreed processing permission.
Development status
Examples are clearly fictional. External checks may be unavailable and must be marked NOT CHECKED. No expert assessment is attributed to Jesse unless he personally records it.
Draft status
These terms are prepared for implementation and owner review. They are not represented as attorney-reviewed; they do not request a new binding owner certification.
